What is a Giclée?

Giclée (pronounced "jhee-clay") is a high resolution digital print comparable to lithographs and serigraphs and is one of the world’s most effective techniques known in the fine art industry for printing photographic and digital art. See Wikipedia for a complete description of the giclée process.

What is a Signed Original Giclée?

A digital print is an original; not a reproduction. Each signed original giclee made at Bowen Imagery is hand-crafted and signed by the artist making it an original piece of art.

Each image comes alive through the process of printing an orignal giclee. Each print is susceptible to different ink, media and light conditions. We adjust and tweak the image along the way, which makes each print a unique one.

Still not clear? Give us a shout and we will explain the process further so you're informed. Don't hesitate to ask! Send us an email at support@bowenimagery.com or by phone at (727) 368-3495.
